Frequently asked Question

If you are have problems with low volume or poor quality when using headphones, note that on insertion of the headphone jack you will feel a two stage click. The first click is slight and you may think the jack is fully inserted, but the second click requires more pressure and is more distinct.

I bought my first set of earbuds today, and no sound coming out of them--I remembered reading something about them plugging in hard and searched & found this thread and the second click was all I needed!  What great sound!  Like a movie theater!  Thanks S.Prime!
