Nexus 7 Help / Re: Bookmarks« on: August 31, 2012, 03:58:40 PM »When I open Chrome Bookmarks is the first page I came too... I think that happened the very first time I opened it, but now it just opens the last page I had open. I wonder if that is a setting that can be changed...I looked quickly, but didn't see anything. 3

I tried using gallery and it didn't work until I first opened the pic with es file explorer.
I don't mean to seem antagonistic, but what point am I missing? Thanks for the reply. 4

Hey ppearce43. I was confused reading this too. I don't know if you and I have a different version of chrome than the others that are trying to help, or it's formatted differently, but in any case, the way to see your bookmarks is to touch the three vertically stacked dots in the upper right hand corner of the screen, and select bookmarks from the drop down menu. Hope this helps.

I had the same trouble, and downloading the es file explorer app solved this problem, but my question is; why did I have to download a third party app to do something that I think most people will be doing with this thing anyway? It seems silly enough that it didn't come with the Adobe PDF reader pre-installed. Also, I transferred a JPG pic into the download folder, and couldn't see that without es file explorer either. What's up with that? What other common tasks will I have to download apps for?
Thanks for the tip, BTW.
