Nexus 7 Help / Re: what .chm reader?« on: September 06, 2012, 06:09:58 PM »
Thanks. Yes the files are big. I just dragged and dropped them in the documents folder on N7 from my PC. When I try to open them with a reader, either the app crashes or gives an error message.
This is possibly a dumb question but what do u mean when u say "the file size matches the transfer source" 5

I downloaded ASTRO. Now I managed to get a book show up in one of the folders but every time I click on it a message comes up saying this file is not supported or something similar to this. I've tried mobe and epub formats.

Nexus 7 Help / Re: Calibre and Nexus 7« on: July 16, 2012, 12:55:44 PM »
I have upgraded caliber to the latest version. It does not see N7. I'm on windows 7. When I connect N7 with USB. It comes up as a portable device and not as a lettered hard drive. Still I am unable to get the books I have on my PC to it. I tried both mobile and epub formats.

Thx guys. I have kindle installed on my nexus 7. Now I have a kindle folder showing up in windows explorer when I connect the tablet. I will try the above suggestions and let u know.
BTW I updated caliber but still no nexus/e-reader detected. May be its a matter of time before caliber will update itself for nexus 7. The whole idea was to read my iPhone books on this tablet. 13
