Nexus 7 Android OS (Jelly Bean) / Android 4.2 All Bugs Fixed?

Hi,

I just both the Nexus 7 and I'm loving it so much.

I heard that there's a lots of bug when upgrading to 4.2.
Especially with Bluetooth.

I would like to inquire if all the bugs have been fixed?
Is it advisable now to update to 4.2?
