I'd be firstly tempted by an 8 or 9 inch screen...but I wouldn't go above that, and in fact have grown to love the 7" form factor. I think if the 8 or 9 keeps the same wide aspect ratio, I won't be a fan. I have an MS Surface Pro 2 and find the 16:9 ratio on a 10" screen to be awkward to use in portrait mode.
