Nexus 7 Games / TDKR (Batman)

I downloaded and used this game through the Google Play site. It worked fine for 2 days and then when I tried to open it I just got a blank screen and then sent back to my apps page. So, I installed it and went to Google Store to download it. When I tried I open this I got an Error message 492.
Does anyone have a suggestion?

Nexus 7 Help / ifish problem

A week or two ago I bought and downloaded ifish. Since then it is quite common for it to just shut off my Nexus for 1-10 minutes. I sent the company that developed it with a request for help. That was just ignored. Does anyone know of a fix?  Since I paid for it though Google Play can I install it from the Nexus and reinstall it?

I went to the google play site and could not find a contact tel number or support site. Then I came here and asked the question. Perhaps I over looked the contact info and I will check again.

Help! Yesterday I was transfering books to my N7 and noticed when I went to Google Play they had charged me for buying a book. I transfered the book from calibre but I never went to the book section of Google and ordered it. How do I get the charge reversed?

Can anyone tell me how to print the Nexus Guide that is on the Google Play site? I have tried to print it, save it then print. No results. 
I like to have a hard copy of manuals and more and more companies only have them online. I have never had a problem printing one.
