App sharing between multiple users?

I like the idea of multiple uses, but is there a way to share apps between accounts? I hate to have to install huge apps all over again.

I've tried multiple users just to see what it was like but not used it regularly, I'm sure I read if a secondary user installs an application that the primary user already has it doesn't actually have to discourage to install...

I'm other that use multiple aching could confirm whether this I'd correct.

I thought that you don't actually have to install all over again. I thought an instance of the app gets saved and used again.

The app does not appear in the drawer. It can be selected through Google Play, but this only activates the app on the additional account. The app is not downloaded again, but user data is collected separately.
