How To Turn The Developer Options in Jellybean 4.2.1

While having some exploration on my Nexus7, I discovered that there was no Developer Options in the last update. I tried searching for it for hours. When days passed I tried to do the Bean Flinger easter egg in the About Tablet portion, there I discovered that when you do the thing to the Build Number ( not sure, will check) it will recognize you as a developer so it lets the Developer Options appear again. Yes, you have to press on it 7 times to enable Developer menu.
