Contract Google, wait for decision and wait for RMA email.
Trust me...that's more hassle than it's worth if you can fix it yourself...Contract Google, wait for decision and wait for RMA email. Then click link in RMA email to order replacement device which Google then place an authorisation on your credit/debit card for the full price of your device until they receive the faulty device back and have confirmed its nothing you've done to the device. Then you have to return the defective device with the RMA (Returns Merchant Authorisation) document from the email and the returns label that comes with your replacement device....What a con, I'm returning my Nexus 4 now and have had to borrow £280 GBP to cover me. Grrr Sent from my 32GB Nexus 7 using Tapatalk HD
