For those that have been frustrated at Verizon's refusal to support the Nexus 7 LTE with a dedicated line they have issued a statement that the certification process for the tablet will be completed 'shortly' and that support will be available then.  In the meantime most users with an already existing line of service for their phones are finding that their SIM cards work fine if used in the New Nexus 7 LTE

It's back!  Now we see why the LTE Nexus 7 was temporarily down from the Google Play Store.  It seems they were updating the site to replace the single LTE Nexus 7 page with three separate pages...one for an AT&T SIM, another for T-Mobile and a third No SIM option that presumably is for those planning to use with Verizon's or another network.   All of the above cost the same $349 and all are unlocked...in case you want to change SIMs.  Now AT&T is also offering a special $100 bill credit with a 2 year contract.  All three versions ship in 1-2 days so go get em!

Oh wait...there's more news today. It seems that the LTE fun isn't only limited to the US starting today!  Availability of the LTE Nexus 7 in Australia, Canada, Germany, Spain, France, UK, Japan and Korea has all been confirmed on each country's Google Play Store site.  Prices vary by country and of course carriers differ too.
