Hello fellow Nexus friends. From apple to NEXUS

Hello everyone,

My name is Serg and I just traded my 1st Generation iPad for a 1st gen Nexus 7 tablet, and I am very very happy.

Of course as soon as I got the tablet I just had to sign up for a forum, and decided to go with yours. So thank you all for having me.

Currently I am still getting used to the Android platform, customizing it to my needs, looking for a cool launcher ( going to try 91 Launcher), and debating on rooting the device.

I look forward to discussing  topics and taking my Nexus 7 to its full potential with you guys.

Glad to have you join us, nexuserg. My vote is for Nova Launcher, but that is personal preference. Rooting is a no-brainer for me. Enjoy your new journey with Android.

Ditto on the Nova launcher, but then it is the only  one I have tried.  :-)
