I ended up getting mine from Wal-Mart because I wanted to get the extended warranty. It's living in our closet until my birthday however...

I purchased mine at Microcenter. It is a replacement for a broken tablet which took 5 weeks to rma and repair. That one was also a replacement for a tablet being repaired. So now i have 3 different tablets.

I got the extended warranty on the nexus 7. If it breaks, I can just swap it at the store or take credit on a new tab. No wait ! And when it does break, I'm getting the newest one. 64 or 128 GB would be great.

The arnova tablet had a broken usb/charging jack so I want a pogo charger for the nexus 7.

I bought mine at Microcenter as well. If they would have had the N10 there today, I am inside the Window and would trade. As of today they never heard of the a Nexus 10. 12 am is less than 3 hrs away.

My youngest sons birthday is the day before mine. If he can't have his stuff early, I can't have mine. -sigh-

I was reminded this morning however that Wal-Mart only has a 15 day electronic return policy and I wouldn't be opening it until after that. Which is a problem if there is a problem.

A compromise would be to have a third person open it, inspect it, and rewrap. No harm no foul.

I would have someone check it out.

LOL! Good one brother. You do have a way with words.
I would have opened it already. Warranty going to be in jeopardy if you wait? Perfect justification for an un boxing!

No one is going to touch that baby but me, lol!

As tempted as I was, I knew if I opened it, it would stay open and not go back to its previous closet excile. So, I returned it. The lady at Wal-Mart told me with a smile and a wink if I was into Black Friday that I should keep an eye out. So maybe I can get it for less but I'm not holding my breath... either way I'll just go and rebuy it. And now I'm not being tortured with knowing it's in the house.

And that folks, is my saga for the day, lol!
