Yes. XDA fix didn't work for me. Waiting to hear on RMA. Still usable at least.
Edit: Submitted RMA request through email and got an auto-reply immediately. The real RMA email came 2 days later. Includes a link to "re-purchase" a new device. I believe they just put a hold on your credit card, but there will be no actual charges once they receive the return. There's also a separate email with a shipping label to return the original. I have 21 days to return the original after I receive the new one. We'll see how long it takes to get the replacement, but pretty good customer service so far.
