Well it looks like the U.S. and Europe aren't the only places where the Nexus 7 is a hot commodity. Google's 7 inch tablet went on sale in a 16GB version just a couple of weeks ago in India, the 2nd most populous nation on earth. Yesterday, the company made the 32GB version available for a price of 18,999 Rs, which compares to the 15,999 of the 16GB model. We're happy to say though that demand was so great for the 32GB model that it sold out on the very first day! We're sure the out of stock problems are only temporary however and we're interested to see what kind of India specific apps get developed. There's a ton of potential for the Nexus 7 in India and we think we'll see strong sales figures there over the long term.
