Now I have the 4.4.1 OTA on my Nexus 10 and it failed via TWRP so not sure how to proceed now. I assume my Nexus 5 will get it soon also, so need advice for both. I'm considering unrooting all devices so as not to have to keep reinstalling everytime. I thought rooting made life easier Sent from my Nexus 10 using Tapatalk 4I made a habit of making a nandroid of a rooted stock ROM immediately after update without installing any apps. For instance, right out of the box, unlock bootloader, custom recovery, root, nandroid. No apps installed, only Google login. Next time there is an update, restore this nandroid. Update and then immediately back up again. Restore apps with titanium. This preserves the ROM from any adulterations. Easy update at any time!Sent from my SGH-I337 using Tapatalk
