I transferred some music & music videos from mmy desktop to my N7 but they don't play correctly. Do I need an app to play them or is something else wrong?
I should say all my music are mp3 files.

I want to thank everyone who helped. It took 25 minutes on the phone with my isp reconfiguring my router and it's working now. Thanx again. I also apologze to the op for taking over his thread. That wasn't my intention. I thought I would only need a quick answer but I was wrong. I apologize again.

Thanx guys but that doesn't work either. Mine says secured with WEP and it has a tiny padlock next to it. Whether I single or double tap I get the same screen. It says signal strength excellent. security WEP. And then under that is cancel, forget or connect. When I tap connect it won't connect. After about 5 minutes it says wait 5 minutes and try again. Well, I've been trying again for 2 days now. I get no kind of screen to enter anything. I'm about ready to throw it out the door. Thanx anyway though.

Thanx people. I found the code. It's 4 numbers & 6 letters. The next problem is that I don't get any kind of screen to enter it. I guess I'm down until Monday until I contact my isp since thjey installed it. I'm thinking it's about 3-4 years old. Thanx again.

I'm not able to do anything with my N7. I thought maye I had to set up a gmail account first, so I did but still nothing. Mine comes up with English & I click ok. Then Select WIFI comes up. Mine says that my neighbors are out of range and that mine is secured with WEP. That's as far as I get. Now I'm really not dumb, just 64 yo. Yeh, I guess that would qualify as dumb. Do I need to contact my internet provider or am I just doing something wrong?

Just received an email from customer service saying sorry and that they upgraded my 2 day ups to overnight shipping at no charge ( I assume still with ups). So maybe Wed or Thurs.

Well, maybe something is happening now. Within the last 20 minutes a pending charge was placed on my credit card. Maybe that means sometime this week.

***edited by admin*** I ordered my 16 g N7 and case at 3:39 pm on Jun 27. After hearing nothing from them, today they changed my order date in Google Play from Jun 27 to Jul 17. I called Google on Jul 13 and they assured me I would receive mine today, Jul 17. I'm wondering if it's because I ordered a case with mine. When I ordered, their site said the case was in stock. Now their site tells you out of stock, and to sign up to receive an email when the case is available. I just sent customer service an email complaining about their crappy service and am still waiting to hear from them.

I just got off the phone with Google. I ordered mine at 3:39 pm on 6-27 and my card has not been charged yet. They told me that mine would definitely ship today by 2 day ups and would be delivered on Tuesday 7-17. Somehow, I just don't believe them. I told them I'd like to cancel my order so I can pick it up locally (not really my intention) and they said I could not cancel my order because it's already at ups.
