Nexus 7 Root, Hacks, Mods And Development / How to remove bloatware after root

I went ahead and rooted my device.
I bought this tablet for my kids to play games on and I didn't want them watching pornography on youtube or anything. I have tried disabling apps but the kids keep re-enabling them.
Anyway. I decided to root the Nexus 7. I used this Wugfresh Nexus Root Toolkit from XDA. I rooted it with permanent CWM (Whatever that means). I have installed the SuperSU and BusyBox Free. It deleted all the other apps when I unlocked and rooted it. Just the bloatware remains. Like YouTube, Chrome, and GooglePlus, etc.
What do I need to do to remove those apps? do I have to download this Root Explorer app?
