Firstly I totally understand your reasons for wanting rid of these apps for the usage your N7 is getting but why buy an N7 for games for children when there are so many other options? But it's your money and your choice...
Also the apps you are referring to cannot be classed as bloatware, they may not be of use to you but they are not bBloatware. Bloatware is software/apps that usually OEM's add to the android OS during the branding/skinning of the Android UI.
Freezing apps via Titanium is probably not going to help, freezing apps is the same as disabling them so they still appear in Apps and can be re-enabled. Deleting apps can cause system problems and update problems so I suggest the following...
Install Root Explorer, navigate to>
/system/apps
Now any app you don't want on your N7 you change the file extension, for example>
Chrome.apk becomes Chrome.bak
To do this just long press on the apk file and select rename, delete apk from the end and add bak. This can later be editted back to apk and the app still exists in your system, so if for any reason you decide you want these apps back or the removal of them causes any system problems you can restore them.
Once you have edited the file extension of the apps you don't want simply uninstall Root Explorer.
