Nexus 7 General Discussion / storage

Hi I'm new to this forum and as usual i have a question how are things like movies and stuff stored I have used astro file manager and there seems to be 4 SD storage drives on my 32gb nexus  each containing the same files like downloads movies etc .question is which one do I save movies etc to from my PC
