unfotunately the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped.
I have also noticed that my google play store app is not working.
Does anyone know what this means. Is it easy to start the process again. Or is it a fault with the device.

If you are rooted, you can reload the latest version of gapps (Google Apps) from Google, if not you can try going to Settings - Apps, then select each Google app and stop then clear cache and data, note you may have to enter your account information again. The ultimate resolution would be a factory reset.

I carried out a factory reset.
Ive only had the device a short time, so there was not a lot of data to lose.
The google store app is now working, and the system message no longer appears.
