Nexus 7 Help / screen magnification

sometimes when my grandson is playing games on my n7 he taps on the screen to hard and that magnifies it and the only way I can get it back to normal is to reboot it, is there a simple way to do this

I have paired my phone with my n7 with no problem but when I try to send a picture to my n7 it says sending but it doesnt go ant I get a notice that I have cancelled the operation can anyone help with this?

I downloaded disney video app and it works ok except they only play in about a 2inch by 3 inch box. can anyone help me with how to make them full size?

how can I forward a email to more than one person at a time? on my pc when I click on to my address book comes up but not on the N7 am I missing something?
