The three navigation buttons (return, home, recent?) on the bottom of the screen won't show up anymore.... I couldn't return to home if I open one App. The only thing I can do is power off and power on again to stop the App. 
Tried Reset (Factory Reset), still can't see those 3 buttons.

Any suggestion?? Thanks

(Bought on Thanksgiving, less than 3 weeks old...)
