Nexus 7 Apps / Peliculas HD free film app

Hi - I have a N7 4.6 jellybean from 2012. I live in Spain so loaded the Peliculas HD free film app and enjoyed watching films on the full size 7 inch screen. I had to upgrade the app about 4 months ago and ever since the film size has shrunk to about 3 inches x 1.5 inches - really hard to watch a film this size. Has anyone got any suggestions how to increase the viewing size for this app?

Hi - I bought my Nexus 7 Tablet in UK, but went to Italy on holiday and stupidly registered it there not realising that Google Play would then only offer me books and films in Italian - how can I avoid having to take it to UK, de-register, return to factory settings and re-register while in UK - is there a simpler way? Just to complicate matters, I am an expat Brit living in Spain...

Hi - I bought my Nexus 7 in UK, went on holiday to Italy, registered it there, now can only get Italian books and films via Google Play app - what can I do?
