I am running an unmodified Nexus 7 (3G + WiFi), on KitKat 4.4.2, under ART (not Dalvik) and have just started getting "Unfortunately Settings has stopped" when I go to the settings menu. A normal reboot doesn't clear this nor does trying rebooting into recovery mode (it hangs when i try this, saying "no command"). Any ideas what is wrong and what I can do about it?
