Nexus 7 Root, Hacks, Mods And Development / I need help with a N7 with a Clockworkmod v5 root

Hi guys,
I just bought a used N7 and then found out that it had a Clockworkmod root when I tried to update to 4.1.2. I don't do much with tweaking and hacking with Android so I really need a dumbed down version of either:
1. How to flash my tablet back to stock
or
2. How to install the update with this mod still on the tablet.
Any help would be great. Thanks, guys!
