They are actually listed under the "all" category in the Apps from Settings for me, but they aren't running.

You have to download the evernote app "skitch" to doodle.

I don't know about AT&T, but I have T-mobile and they offer an add-on to the data package for "mobile hot spot." That feature allows me to use my phone as an internet source and then I can pick that wifi option on my N7 to obtain an internet connection.

Hello! I'm Joanna. My best friend gifted the Nexus 7 to me as a (extremely early) Christmas present. :3 I'm very impatient, so he had no choice ;). This is my second tablet. Prior to this I had a Toshiba Thrive. It just wasn't the right tablet for me.
