I'm on cable service and sometimes the whole network will slow down if several people go online at the same time. A lot of devices on your local network could also slow you down. Try rebooting your router.
Yes i understand what you mean but dolphin is fine and so is opera plus its only me on the wifi.
Might have to do a factory reset, just need to find out about saving the chrome bookmarks.
