I connected the N7 to my Win 7 PC, windows 7 explorer shows it as "Digital Camera Nexus 7", I click on it and I see "Internal Storage" with DCIM and Pictures folders.  I tried to create a new folder and I get a popup that says "The folder could not be created in this location. The device has either stopped working or has been disconnected.
What do I need to do to create a folder so I can copy files from the PC to the N7?

I am a totally new Android user, never touched an Android device before last week.
I want to print from my N7 to my home wireless network printer which is not a Cloud type printer.
I am not a Google Chrome fan, I am using xScope Pro (my default Browser) in order to use Flash so I can remote access Dish Network. Do I have to use Chrome?
Can someone give me detailed information to accomplish this? I am 80 years old and having a hard time with Android stuff.
