i tried but it doesn't work... probably is for copyright reasons, but at this point i don't understand why flixster gives the "download" option. I'll try with my phone too and see what happens

Personally, I still prefer MX Player to VLC..

mx is the best for now, but if vlc pulls the same quality and reliability that the pc version has, ill def move to vlc im editing cause I've just try them both and you are right! ive deleted vlc right away lol

i've downloaded an episode of shameless on my device today(since tomorrow i need to watch something on my train ride to Rome) and when i checked if everything works my n7 didn't want to play it...i have mxplayer with the appropriate codecs but that apparently isn't enough. are there any programs i can use to watch those after i download them?

this topic scared the hell out of me at the beginning, then i tried and thank god everything works just fine for me. as long as google voice works and that i can use my old iphone 3g(jailbroken & unlocked) as an hotspot(trough blutooth) i'm ok. basically fastweb is gifting me a sim card with 1gb per month for free, and i'm willing to use it as my tablet 3g plan. so erschek@gmail.com i suggest you to use your cellphone as an hotspot too, it's the easiest way to do what you wanna do.( of course if you have an internet plan on your phone) p.s i don't use the internet plan i have on my galaxy cause internet plans in italy aren't unlimited(i have 100MB of data per day)

If you root your N7 and your happy flashing ROM's or updates either with a custom recovery, with fastboot or one of the toolkits then it doesn't really matter but at least you know what you can and can't do with a Nexus device. My last two phones before getting my Nexus 4 both spent more time with custom ROM's installed than stock because of the OEM's poor update rollout, I've tried ROM's on both my Nexus 7 and Nexus 4 but back to stock at the moment...

exactly, my phone was brended, and i desperately wanted froyo at the time(seems like ages ago) for now i'm trying to keep my n7 stock, but it's really hard to "behave"...
