Is chameleon launcher really worth the money?

I wouldn't pay that kind of money for a Launcher so I wouldn't use Chameleon, SPB shell and the other I can't think of the name of.
Personally I think they are grossly over priced for what they are no matter how fancy they look when you can get launchers for free or just a few dollars/pounds.

I purchased the launcher,an I must say honestly,Its work in progress,but at this point not worth the 10.99 being asked. I was a sucker,believe the hype and paid 10.00. They are always updating,everything under the hood,but it still have limited icons,not very snappy.There are other launchers out ther,do your homework,everything thats shines ain't gold.

With launchers like Atom, Apex, Nova, Go and all the others that are either free or have a free and paid version it'd better be pretty special at that price.
I remember when SPB was a must have on WinMo phones but times have changed a lot since then. I've tried a couple with my N7 but keep reverting back to the stock launcher with custom roms.
