Does anyone have a solution for using the Nexus 7 Tablet GPS on the go anywhere in the world?

Welcome to the forums.
I'm not following you. No pun intended! O0
Do you mean because of wifi not being available?
You can download maps for offline use in Google Maps. I use the area around my City. If I was going on a trip I would download that area.
I hope that helps.

I use Nav Free USA,.  It downloads the maps you need, then allows to you to use them whenever you want, regardless of whether or not you are on the inter webs.  It's free too.
