Hi - am 52 and very confused

Just bought a Nexus 7 . There is no instruction book to read  :-). Have posted on help as very very confused but such is life and sure I will get my head sort of maybe a little bit around this machine at some stage before they dig a hole and bury me . Well intruth prefer idea of cremation or burial at sea but was more a figure of speach than a declared intention as to what to do with me when I depart  :-)

Android is very different than Windows -- different actions, different features.
There is a (free) Google manual in Google Play store.  Take a look at that.
There is also a "Nexus 7 for Dummies" at bookstores (B&N) which is an easy read, and is surprisingly good.

You can actually download the Nexus pdf book on the Asus site. I am not sure if its the same as the one on Google Play.
