Google: "We’ve started shipping Nexus 7 pre-orders today!"

I received the email Tuesday, but it has a "no reply" address.  I'm on hold with GP support right now.

After 1 1/2 hours on hold, I was first told it would go out today and be here Monday if it didn't go out yesterday.  Then I was told my account was billed yesterday and it was shipped and should be here today.  I was given a tracking number (confirmed it twice), but UPS says not a valid tracking number.  So guess I will hang around the house the rest of the day and see if it shows up.  Charge still not showing on bank account even though rep was insistent it was paid yesterday.

Have you ever seen such poor customer service?  I do not know what to say besides it a shame you have to waste your day waiting around because they can not do the simplest of things which is to provide accurate information about your purchase. Hope it works out and you get it today.

That's unfortunate.  I know it's a pain, but maybe call them and get a good track number so you can at least know where it is.
