Swipe down from the right top of your home screen - tap Settings - Scroll down to Accounts - Tap Google - Tap the account name - Tap the 3 dots in the upper right corner - Tap remove account.

Remember that any apps purchased in Google Play for the removed account will no longer be available. I am working on a guide to using multiple play accounts so look for that later today.
