Live wallpapers
« on: January 07, 2013, 07:33:09 AM »
Whilst the nexus 7 is a great device,  i am curious why they do not run when scrolling through the pages...on the galaxy s2 it did, yet only a black background on the nexus . I am assuming its jellybean 4.2.1 that doesn`t allow it because my gs2 has the leaked 4..1.1. And the live wallpapers run even when scrolling through the pages...is it possible to change this for the nexus?

I have never had a wall paper work when I navigate away from the desktop. Didn't know that was possible. When you open your app drawer you aren't on the desk anymore

It's the stock launcher...

I installed Inferno and it ran fine on my N7 using Apex Launcher, tried with stock and black...

Apex Launcher.

Can you set the app draw transparency in Nova? With Apex if it's set to 100% it's black but set it less like 50% or even 0% and you can see the LWP fine...

The S2 has the Samsung Touchwiz Launcher whereas the Nexus 7 has the stock Android Launcher...

Yup indeed you can set it in nova, under "app drawer settings". And in nova you can change the "background transparency"
