Do you mean to take an image of your screen? If so, hold the power button and volume down button /down at the same time and the Nexus will take a screen shot.

i think he's looking for an app that makes a video of what he does on his screen.
make a video of him playing a game or using a certain app.

I haven't rooted my N7 yet.. description say's root permission is required to run z-screen.
