Welcome.  I case you decide your trip is a vacation trip, you might find this Morse Code keyboard useful.
I used to be crazy until I found out that insane pays more.

Ahhhh....no thanks! I did that for a couple of decades years ago...
I prefer the Nexus.  That code is still in my head.... like a 2nd
language.

Welcome Slowhand!  I'm an avid Morse op myself (W6FG).  Glad to see you made the leep from early digital to the coolest modern digital device! Lot's to learn and this is one good place for it.
