Hi, I installed Yahoo Messenger but I cant not use the video feature.... the error message said that "....incompatible...". can somebody help please. Thanks

I received a notification that Yahoo Messenger is merging with Skype, but since I don't use Yahoo Messenger, I can't add much information.

Yahoo Messenger app is notorious for problems with Jellybean. Besides that, video is not available/compatible.
Have you tried Google +?
Google Messenger and Hangouts work great.
