How to use a personal audio play list
« on: May 26, 2013, 11:04:52 PM »
I have transferred several tunes from my laptop to N7 via USB Cable.  All tunes are playing but only one at a time.
I have been using "Play Music" with the Head Set Icon. The albums covers are showing and I can play them but again only one at a time.
Then, I'm unable to shut the music off, unless the tune is over, even when putting my N7 to sleep. Is there a way to shut the music down without turning N7 off completely?
I created a "My Play List" in the ES File Explorer. All tunes are showing without the album covers (which I really don't need) Everything is playing well but also only one at a time. Can I and if so how to delete the tunes when I open the "play music icon" and just play through the ES Explorer?
How do I get to play them or even shuffle them all?
I hope that I was able to explain my problem adequately....
Thanks in advance for any suggestions you might have. Ann

When you open Play Music, tap the 3 bars at the top left of the screen and then tap "My Library", then tap the "Songs" tab and you will see the shuffle option at the top of the list and the start and stop controls at the bottom of the screen. You will note that along with My Library, you have the options to create play lists,  and mixes. Play around with the features a bit and you will get the feel for it. Personally, I prefer Mort Music Player, but it comes down to personal choice. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.stohelit.folderplayer

Thank you for your help, S Prime!
It worked well.  I only saw the lines on the right top before...
To shut it down I guess that I just have to "pause" and then shut down when ready to shut my N7 down.
Anyway, thanks again!!!
