Camera Issues
« on: July 28, 2013, 02:02:40 PM »
I didn't expect much from the camera but I think my rear cam might have problem. Everything has a horrible blue hue, even in the best of light. Is this normal? I will post pic later when I get home.

Sounds like an exposure settings issue.  Make sure it's not set on incandescent or flourescent, etc.

It seems to have went away after a reboot. Maybe it was some sort of filter setting.. A lot better now.

Hi, I am a new member and my problem is that when I take pictures with my New Nexus 7 I am unable to delete them, I have tried everything including resetting the whole thing.  Has anyone had this problem before?

Tap the "All Apps" icon at the  bottom of the home screen and swipe left until you find "Gallery" and open it. Tap the photo that you want to delete, then tap the three dots at the top right of the screen and you will see the delete option.

Sounds like pictures in your Picasa gallery. If so, sign into Picasa on the web and delete the pictures from there.

Also your Google+ may be set to backup your photos. So you would have to delete them from Google+, although I have not had them restored to my device after deleting them.

Yea I had this happen to me too. But after a reboot all was okay. What I do notice is the rear camera is pretty awful for 5 mp

I rarely ever use the rear camera. I thought that it would be a cool addition but I find it cumbersome as well as lacking in the clarity dept.
