Reading SDHC from my Camera
« on: August 05, 2013, 01:03:12 PM »
I'd like to view camera photos on my N7 (2012, with JB 4.3) by  inserting SDHC from camera into card reader connected to N7 via OTG cable.  Planning to use latest "Nexus Media Importer" to enable this.

Anyone tried this?  Any problems?

Will this work with new N7 (2013)?

I am rooted and I use StickMount for two way transfer by OTG, but I can verify that OTG works on Android 4.3. I have used a USB Sdcard adapter by OTG on 4.2.2, but I have only tested 4.3 with a USB drive, but I fail to see why the sdcard adapter would not work if the USB drive does. Be aware that you may need the paid version of Media Importer.
