How do I delete preloaded music from the Nexus 7 (and from Galaxy Nexus)?  I like to use the shuffle feature, and I do not want to hear any of those preloads.....

Individual songs and albums can be deleted by accessing your account at play.google.com use the drop down key following the name of the song or album.

Thank you very much!!  That worked!!!!  I knew there must be a way---

Now, if I could only transfer pictures from my computer and/or Galaxy Nexus to the Nexus 7, I'd be truly happy!!!

Look at Google Drive for file sync and transfer. Dropbox and Sugarsync are other options.
