Journaling Apps

I forgot to ask this in an earlier post about Android apps.  I recently purchased a Nexus 7 and also purchased a Nexus 7 for my fiancee.  One of her favorite things is to keep a journal and do journaling.  She'd like to move that to electronic format on her Nexus 7.  Security would be a plus such as password protection for the app. Are there any good journaling apps for Android?  Thanks.

Searching the Play Store for journal diary with password will give you two apps, if this is what you are asking about.
