stuttering on tv using Chromecast & N7
« on: January 05, 2015, 09:57:03 PM »
Hi,

Has anyone experienced stuttering on the tv when casting from their N7? It got really bad this evening, enough to have to stop the cast, and motivated me enough to post here.

The WiFi router is in another room and I'm wondering if that's the problem. However I don't have this problem when I cast from my laptop, just the N7 (2013, 4.4.4).

And, while I'm at it, can you recommend a good WiFi extender? I'd be more concerned with quality rather than price.

Cheers,
- martyh

I used to be crazy until I found out that insane pays more.

Where am I?  What am I doing in this handbasket?

I often use a power line extender. TP-LINK  300Mbps like this one, made by Tp-Link:  TP-LINK TL-WPA4220KIT ADVANCED 300Mbps Universal Wi-Fi Range Extender, Repeater, AV500 Powerline Edition, Wi-Fi Clone Button, 2 LAN Ports https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00HSQAIQU/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_lixRub0MGTQ9J
