Lollipop 5.1
« on: March 18, 2015, 09:57:52 AM »
Just updated my Nexus 5, 7 and 10 today to Android 5.1 Lollipop.

Didn't use the OTAs, but took a Titanium backup just in case, flashed stock Android via WugFresh's NRT, rooted them and hey-presto, all done.

I took the same route with my Nexus 7 2012 and Nexus 10, all of my apps and data survived the upgrade using WugFresh's Toolkit.

Nice.

My wife's non-rooted/locked Nexus 5 still hasn't got the update yet :)

Can anybody please provide me some steps to upgrade my nexus 7 2012 32gb wifi,to 5.1 lollipop, using nexus root toolkit, and i would like to save all my apps and data intact, just as they are now.

My current mods:
Franco kernel
Xposed installer
Unlocked Bootloader
Rooted
4.4.2 kitkat
Busybox App
SuperSU App.

Any reply will be considered of great help,as i am sick of kitkat, and i will be very thankful to whoever provides me some detailed steps to upgrade to 5.1 lollipop, keeping my apps and data intact!
