Personal Video Library Streaming Service?

I am wondering if there is a service that I can store my videos online and use the Nexus 7 to stream the video. I have heard dropbox can, but I have backed up a lot of my movies digitally so it is somewhat large. If the price is right, I am willing to pay for the storage ability, but I would love to be able to stream the videos vs downloading. It would be nice to be able to stream them on my phone/pc as well.

Anyone know/recommend anything?

Skydrive reportedly does this well, with fewer restrictions than others. There's an android app to access skydrive.
