With its convenient 7 inch size and great display, ereading is a natural activity to use your Nexus 7 for.   But with so many great ebook and ereading apps out there which one do you use the most?   Vote in our poll above and then let us know your thoughts and experience with individual apps in the comments.

I use OverDrive. Linked to my local library so I can download audio and ebooks with my library card :-)

I use Mantano reader for epub ebooks from multiple sources. I like the way I can organize my library.

I mainly use overdrive because I like free books. I've done one book from google play, and two from Kindle. They are all about the same to me.

I can't believe that you don't have RepliGo reder in the list. It is one of the best for Android.

I use Overdrive (EPUB format) and Kindle (Kindle format) as advocated by my NC Digital Library.
Seems to work, but not reliably -- occasionally some lost books at download to N7.  I still have some learning to do here.

I'd live to see a step-by-step guide on "how to use" there Apps.

Moon+ reader pro. So many features. I prefer Perfectviewer for comic reading though.

So far just Overdrive and Kindle App which fit most of my public library needs.  The idea of checking books out electronically has me giddy.  Nothing to lug around, no library fines.  Even better I don't have to think about which books to take with me.  Except for the tablet, they are all weightless.  I feel very cool and proud.  ;^)

I prefer my Kindle 3 if it is close by.  The K3 screen text is easier to read, no worries about battery life, needing to click off autorotation, etc.

The N7 is more versatile and good for travel but the K3 (and equals) is a much superior reader gadget, imo.

I use overdrive the most, my library uses it and just added freading.com.

As a small note freading has serious problems.
1) it takes over all PDF downloads. This wouldn't be so bad, except...
2) the app hangs reading PDF files.

I have the nook app on my Nexus, mostly because I like its reading interface, though I can't find out how to make it switch to a list instead of just showing the book jackets.

Probably stupid question... Where do you get books for Alkiko and MOon+? They won't open amazon and B&N books will they?

Do you really worry about battery life with your Nexus? I have never owned a device that does this much and lasts so long. The book I am reading now I read in landscape mode. I only lose two lines of text per page. I am not a big reader but what am I missing here?
