Just got one of these.http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B007RVM99U/ref=oh_details_o02_s00_i00It is cheap (and feels cheap) but works fine as a card reader in conjunction with Nexus Media Importer (Read Only - I guess I would need to 'root' if I wanted write access - but as my main reason for getting it was to view photos on my camera memory cards and carry extra media around that is no big issue)

Here's my solution. Wanted as small an option as possible. The card reader's from DX.com or eBay, can't remember which. I can match it up with a micro SD card of up to 32GB. Perfect for storing movies or keeping Titanium or Nandroid/TWRP backups on or using with my Eye-fi card to backup my photos directly from my camera
