File shortcut

Hey guys

I have only had the nexus 7 a day or so but was wondering if anyone knows how to create a folder that I can use to add my PDFs , I'm using dropbox which i can download them but they get downloaded to a drop box folder that is a pain to find when I want to reopen them , I'm using astro but the widgets aren't Woking for what ever reason
