I am trying to set up a Nexus 7 for my dad. I have an iPad, so I am totally lost. I can't get past the Select wifi in the set up. I can't set up the wifi without a MAC address and I can't get to that. The only things I can do it tap the little 3 squares next to Select Wifi and it automatically looks up wifi but ours is closed. I can pull down the screen, but that just tells me there is no internet.

I don't follow what you are saying, when you say, that you have a "Closed network."
